TRIMSPRAY (SN 1634) - 370g/500ml

Trim Spray SN 1634 is a universal aerosol adhesive with high bondability. Specially made for the automotive industry.

Trim Spray SN 1634 is easy and clean to use, the adjustable tip allows complete control of the spray area, allowing accurate application over large areas in a very short time. The open time (ready to stick) is from 30 seconds to 30 minutes, giving you complete flexibility in use. Trim Spray SN 1634 shows high thermal resistance up to max. 80ºC, making it ideal for small and large car interior work. As soon as the surfaces are covered with glue, they can be put together practically immediately, and gluing is achieved by pressing.

In applications such as the production of seats or the restoration of upholstery, an additional advantage of the adhesive is that it is easy to obtain a soft and imperceptible joint. Moreover, the glue is not flammable after drying.

Trim Spray SN 1634 can be used to join the following materials:

•     foams,
•     textiles,
•     carpets,
•     skin,
•     wood,
•     cardboard,
•     insulating materials.

Typical applications are the bonding of facings, upholstery, latex and plastic foams, jute, carpets and leather to each other or to metals, wood or fiberboard. It also sticks to other fabrics, insulation materials, felt and paper.

It is not recommended for joining polystyrene foam and unprotected PVC.

Excellent resistance to dilute acids and other automotive related chemicals.
