S 1922TF

S 1922TF is a strong adhesive with a wide range of applications. It has a very good resistance to high temperatures. The set of solvents used in the production does not contain toluene, which makes the adhesive safer to use.

The S 1922TF was specially developed for use by spraying. The high strength of the glued joint makes it suitable for use in a wide variety of applications, particularly in the automotive, construction and furniture industries.

The joint is characterized by high strength and resistance to elevated temperatures.

Typical Applications:

• Automotive Industry: Bonds to many common automotive substrates such as polyester, ABS, metals, plastics and PVC coated with cotton leather;
• In construction: S 1922TF combines various materials, such as: plasterboard, chipboard, plywood, rigid polyurethane or PVC foams, laminates, copper and aluminum foils, metals painted with ceramic enamel and other painted surfaces. It is ideal for use in insulating panels in curtain walls.
• In the furniture industry: S 1922TF also glues veneers, laminate veneers (Formica, Arborite, Perstop) to the core material. It also combines molded foam pads for backrests and seats in chairs, fibreboards, plywood, polyester fittings, expanded polystyrene covered with jute.
