Monolith® PU 715-1 is a two-component, solvent-free, polyurethane-based adhesive, without an accelerator. The resin contains organic components with hydroxyl groups, where the hardener is based on isocyanates. By mixing both components in a weight ratio of 5: 1 (if low flammability is expected according to IMO Resolution A.653 (16), the mixing ratio must be 4: 1), we obtain a flexible adhesive by chemical reaction. The product shows no measurable changes in volume during cross-linking.
