Monolith 180-1 is a two-component acrylic adhesive intended for structural bonding of metals, aluminum, thermoplastics, ceramics and composites. Mixing ratio: 1: 1 by volume. The adhesive hardens very quickly: time to obtain initial strength after mixing: 3.5 - 4 minutes, functional strength - 10 minutes, time to achieve over 75% of the final strength: about 15 minutes. Monolith 180-1 has been especially developed to resist poor mixing. It can be applied to surfaces using the "thread on a thread" method.
Monolith 180-1 is gray after mixing, supplied in ready-to-use cartridges in 2 x 50 ml bottles and can be applied as a non-drip gel using standard mixing and dosing equipment.
Benefits:
It does not require surface preparation
High shock resistance at low temperatures
Tolerates inaccuracies in mixing ratio
No streaks
Recommended for bonding materials:
ABS, PVC
Metals, Aluminum
Acrylic resins, epoxy resins, styrene resins
Gelcoats, Fiberglass
Polyesters (including modified DCPDs)
Urethanes (general), Vinyl esters
