MA8105 does a superb job of bonding of metals, engineered thermoplastics (including polyamides/nylons), and composite assemblies with little to no surface preparation. Combined at a 1:1 ratio by volume, this product provides a unique combination of low odor, high strength, toughness, and fatigue endurance. Plexus MA8105 is available in gray and is supplied in ready-to-use 400-ml cartridges, 5-gallon (20-liter) pails, or 50-gallon (200-liter) drums to be dispensed as a non-sagging gel.

Resistance to external agents: To salt spray
- Aluminium - after 1,000 hrs. retains 90% of initial strength
- Galvanised - after 1,000 hrs holds at 87% of initial strength
Plastic adhesive that is less gap-dependent. Up to 1mm practical does not change in bond strength.
Durable at high temperatures: Provide and stick up to twice as strong at high temperatures.
Excellent performance after annealing: 1 hr. @ 200ºC, strength increases from initial (aluminium, CRS and galvanised steel).
